*NEW* Saint Paul’s High School – Executive Assistant to the President


The Executive Assistant to President will report directly to the President. This leadership position is a full-time, 12

month per year position will require attendance at activities and events outside of normal working hours. Some

local travel and use of a vehicle will be required. The Executive Assistant to the President will:

  • Provide administrative and human resource support to the President by managing all aspects of the

President’s Office.

  • Plan, organize and attend (when necessary) special events related to the Office of the President and the

Board of Directors.

  • Act as the liaison between the School, the Parent Guild and our Parent for Others organizations.
  • Serves as recording secretary for the Board of Directors and sub-committees and provides

administrative support as needed.

  • Works closely with the Business Office as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the President.

We are looking to hire a part-time Administrative Secretary for approximately 15 hours a week, to begin January 2024. Some of the responsibilities are the creation of the weekly bulletin in collaboration with the Pastor, reviewing and acting on correspondence received, phone, e-mail and mail, filing and entering parishioners’ information on Parish Friendly Solutions such as Sunday collections, registration and sacraments received. The parish secretary is also responsible for paying the bills incurred by the parish, including payroll, managing and maintaining the Mass account, as well as Parish Pastoral Council meeting minutes. Attending the monthly pastoral/trustee meeting held in the evening is equally expected.
