How Can You Help? 

As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought forth many challenges, but perhaps none more urgent than helping the many Manitobans who are struggling to put food on the table.

The province’s food banks are in short supply and can’t keep up with the demand of families in need.

If you are able to help and looking for ways to give back to the community, please contact one of the following organizations to find out how you can best help them serve the community:

Agape Table is in need of volunteers to prepare and serve breakfast and run the food bank. They do so while maintaining social distancing measures.

 

They are also in urgent need of items such as: coffee whitener, sandwich fillings, to-go soup bowls and coffee cups with matching lids, plastic spoons and forks, and stir sticks.

St. Boniface Street Links is currently unable to welcome volunteers, but they are in need of donations of food, hygiene products, and money to keep up with their increased outreach to those experiencing homelessness.
