Stewardship Reflection Birth of John the Baptist - June 24, 2012 From the moment of his birth, God had a special vocation planned for John the Baptist. John was indeed a good steward of his calling to “prepare the way” for our Lord. We too are called to be good stewards of our personal vocations, particularly our common vocation as Disciples of Christ. A lifestyle modeled on stewardship embraces this vocation in a manner that leads others to Christ.
