Permanent Diaconate Formation Program

The formation to the Permanent Diaconate is a two-year formation program following completion of the Nathanael formation. It is preceded by a four-month discernment period.

This period of discernment to the permanent diaconate will begin in March 2005. Those aspirants who discern a call to continue will commence the formation program in September 2005.

Upon completion of the formation program in June 2007, these aspirants will again begin a year long discernment with the Archbishop in order to determine a call to ordination to the permanent diaconate.
